Information you choose to send

When you use AHAE's project inquiry form, you may provide contact details, a property address, project square footage, your intended use, timelines and proposed work. Avoid sending Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, or other sensitive personal information through inquiry forms.

Why it is used

AHAE uses the details supplied to contact you, understand your project, assess preliminary project requirements, prepare internal planning materials, and determine whether to offer design or engineering coordination services. Any project-specific estimate and feasibility assessment requires professional review.

Service providers

AHAE uses Wix to host this website and Supabase to securely receive inquiries submitted through the first-party website form and operate restricted staff and client project systems. Authorized staff review all inquiries; no estimate, agreement or parcel finding is automatically issued. Email providers may process correspondence. Access to private project information is limited by authenticated account permissions. Additional AI, analytics, advertising, document-signature or parcel-data providers will be disclosed when configured and approved.

Records and requests

AHAE retains inquiry and project records for legitimate business needs and applicable legal obligations. We have not yet set a fixed deletion schedule for every record type. To request access, corrections or deletion, email seanalewis@ahaedesignsinc.com. We review each request subject to contractual and legal requirements.

Cookies and analytics

Wix hosting and authentication providers may use operational cookies and other essential technical identifiers. AHAE uses first-party UTM campaign tags (such as source and campaign name) for inquiry attribution within the current browsing session. Submitting a form stores those campaign tags in the private CRM. Descriptions entered into the optional AI service-category helper are processed within Supabase AI inference to suggest service categories; do not include names, exact addresses, or sensitive details in that helper. No Google Analytics or Meta advertising pixel is active through this release. If you separately opt in to occasional planning updates, your consent is recorded and staff receive follow-up reminders; promotional emails are not automatically sent. You may ask AHAE to stop those updates at any time.

Important limitation

Submitting a project inquiry does not establish an architect-client or engineer-client relationship, create a services contract, or confirm zoning, permit or construction feasibility.
